So as a lot of Americans i used to not eat healthy at all and on top of that I'm lazy so exercise wasn't a daily routine.I wanted to lose weight so i would feel better,be healthier and feel more confident.I went online to look at all the different diets and i was really interested in Weight Watchers unfortunately you had to pay for it monthly and i wasn't up for paying for something that i didn't know whether or not i would stick to it.So a friend of mine posted a video on YouTube about Weight Watchers the free way..So basically there is a site(link below) that you can go to and what you do is you enter your weight, age, height, amount of physical activity and weight loss goal and it will tell you how many points you can consume within a day and every 5 weeks you go down a point. That site doesn't tell you but 50 calories=1 point; For example I'm currently allowed 41 points a day, which means I'm allowed 2,050 calories a day.You are allowed 35 extra points a week for eating out somewhere but i try not to.Another life saver has been an iPhone app..before this app i had to manually write down the calories for everything i ate that day and it was a task.So i found an app in the app store called Nutrition Menu(just search for it in the app store..has a blue background and a picture of silverware and its $0.99) its wonderful! it has name brand foods you can search for, common foods, you can enter custom foods and save them as favorites if you eat them regularly,so what i did is i put in my daily allowance for points and each thing i eat i put in and it tells me how many points i have had so far.The app also has an excerise tab you enter what excerise you did for how long and it will tell you how many calories you burned.Along with the points calculator and the iPhone app there are a few more things to know, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and switch to whole grain wheat bread instead of white, usually my lunch consists of a turkey and spinach sandwich on wheat and maybe a fiber one bar.this diet is super easy and I already am starting to feel healthier by eating healthier so i hope you guys enjoy your diets and here is the points calculator linkhttp://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/ww-points-allowed/

Hairs Ability to Heal Itself
Here recently i was enlighted on something i had never heard of..As we all know bleaching your hair is horrible for it what it does is it strips all of the pigment out of your hair and in the process weakens it;but as i recently learned your hair cuticle can heal. After bleaching your hair DO NOT wash, style, pull, pullback or pin up your hair for three days..During those 72 hours your cuticle will sort of repair itself so when you do go back to washing and styling it you wont have as much breakage. As with any chemical service its always a good idea to use a masque, and protein treatment weekly and get trims every 4-6 weeks; If you follow these simple steps you can be a luxurious blonde and not have your hair breaking off..Until next time,J Blake.
